Financial planning is analysis of client’s current financial situation, identification of your financial goals and developing and recommending financial strategies to accomplish such goals.

Financial planning helps you to close the gap between your dreams and your wealth through supervised efforts. In short, financial planning is all about making money work harder for you. A financial plan can act as a guide or a roadmap for your future and will help you to be in control of your income, expenses, investments and goals.

Financial planning has not been considered by the Indian public as something for which they should pay separately, they are rather happy to pay higher costs by way of exorbitant commissions. A fundamental difference exists between a financial salesperson and a financial planner. The salesperson’s primary focus is to sell the client a financial product, helping the client achieve life or financial goals is never a part of salesperson’s activity. On the other hand, financial planner may sell financial products but the focus is always helping the clients achieve their goals.
